Paralells is blocking PSI program

Parallels is a virtualization method on Mac OS. Virtualization is not allowed when using the PSI application. Thus it will prevent the PSI browser from starting.

There are a few steps you may take to close Parallels:
  1. Shutdown by clicking the Parallels icon in the menu bar and choose Actions > Shut Down.
If that does not help you may need to Force-close Parallels:
  1. Click on the black apple icon in the upper-left corner.
  2. From the drop-down menu, select Force Quit. You will be directed to the new window named “Force Quit Application”.
  3. Select Parallels Desktop.
  4. Choose Force Quit.
