While in the exam: Process not allowed or prohibited programs running
When you are in your exam and the PSI browser shows a pop up message with the text: Process not allowed or prohibited programs running you can take these actions to close these programs.
When you are using Windows:
- Right click your mouse on the toolbar at the bottom of your screen and select Taskmanager (Taakbeheer)
- Click on more details (meer details)
- Select the tab processes (processen)
- Select the application you wish to close and click on Quit (Beëindigen/Stoppen) at the bottom of that window
- Close the Taskmanager
- Refresh your screen with the key combination Ctrl+Enter
When you are using a Mac:
- Click on the black apple icon in the upper-left corner.
- From the drop-down menu, select Force Quit. You will be directed to the new window named “Force Quit Application”.
- Select the application you wish to close.
- Choose Force Quit.
