In the system check: applications are running
When you receive the message in the system check that there are applications running which cannot be closed automatically you need to close them manually.
When you are using Windows:
- Right click your mouse on the toolbar at the bottom of your screen and select Taskmanager (Taakbeheer)
- Click on more details (meer details)
- Select the tab processes (processen)
- Select the application you wish to close and click on Quit (Beëindigen/Stoppen) at the bottom of that screen
- Close the Taskmanager
- Refresh your screen with the key combination Ctrl+Enter
When you are using a Mac:
- Click on the black apple icon in the upper-left corner.
- From the drop-down menu, select Force Quit. You will be directed to the new window named “Force Quit Application”.
- Select the application you wish to close.
- Choose Force Quit.
